QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to qualify and sit for the exam, the
practice manager MUST have at least 18 months
experience in the field. However, the certification
will not be dispensed until the 24 month (2
year) benchmark. Please download the application

Once the supporting documentation and application
is received in our office, we will contact you
via e-mail in one week to give you an update
of your exam status.

email one week after you have taken the exam
informing you of your exam status.
